The parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Praevenio regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings regarding the Site.
